WORKING TIMELINE

​​​​60 DAYS OUT

(60 MINS) Two months out from the wedding you will meet with Kasey for a walk through and a thorough overview of the plan for the big day. This is a great time to find any potential gaps and plan to get ahead of any potential glitches.

1 WEEK OUT

(60 MINS) Virtual call with Kasey to clarify details with final headcount and update any changes to the plan.  Leave the meeting knowing that you have a partner that can carry your vision into reality!

FRIDAY BEFORE

(2 HOURS) If desired, Kasey will be onsite to help delegate decorating, problem solve on the spot, and look over the details of your wedding vision. Then she will work with the officiant and DJ (if applicable) to facilitate an efficient and laid back rehearsal experience.

WEDDING DAY

(8 HOURS) From the moment the groom arrives to when the dance kicks off, Kasey will keep track the timeline, help out the vendors, and team up with the venue staff pulling from all resources on the property. She will execute your plan for the outdoor decor, welcome guests, and coordinate with the bridal party, so everyone is ready on time for the ceremony.
